Helping me understand my thought process.

Loving this so far. I am on week four and writing it down, looking at my triggers and challenging my thoughts is helping me feel comfortable living in uncertainty. It’s helping me see that my fears and worries are holding me back. Stopping me from finding my self worth and confidence.
It also helps get it all out of my head and onto the paper so I can sleep better.
Would definitely recommend for anyone suffering from an overthinking mind.
