Amazing books

I bought this book because I have really been struggling with anxiety there's a massive waiting list for counselling so took a chance and it's really helped me. CBT really helps you see your patterns and I bought a journal too, write down every thought feeling everyday to help me stop overthinking.

I'm not usually one to journal or keep a diary but this is fabulous. It really helps remind me of what helps me and how to keep myself well. The whole thing is beautifully made and easy to use. Well worth the effort and money
